Day One of Not Waiting for One Day
Note: Everything here is 100% me, no AI. This is the video evidence for this blog post. I just wanna be true to myself.
I redesigned my life operating system from the ground up around sets of 120 weeks.
September 7, 2026 is the day one of the first time I'm living it out and I will also write about the journey every day. This idea started from the desire to live different kind of lives throughout my life. Despite the tragedy of Tokyo's death in Money Heist, what she said to Rio at that time stuck with me.
Rio, don't be sad. Something ends today but now is the first day of your next life. You've gotta live a lot of lives, my love.

How long each different lives was initially inspired by the completeness of one hundred percent.
I was set on doing 100-week years at first because I wanted to live one percent each week. I like how James Clear emphasized living one percent better every day in his book Atomic Habits so it inspired me to turn it into weeks instead of days.
However, after my third try of living out a 100-week year and not finishing it well, I discovered burn out was the culprit. I didn't take into consideration rest and relaxation. In my supposedly fourth try, I remembered my lifespan and healthspan goal of 120 years from Genesis 6:3.
Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”
Regardless of the true context of this Bible verse, it made me turn the original 100 weeks into 120 weeks keeping in mind to consider rest and relaxation throughout the journey.
I also admired the concept of periodization I learned from The 12 Week Year by Michael Lennington and Brian P. Moran so it all worked out because 120 is divisible by twelve. Now I can live ten sets of periodization throughout this new life operating system timeline. How I live each periodization is interesting as well because I divided it into three stages: preparation, focus and rest.
I dedicated the first two weeks into preparation, the third to tenth weeks into focus, and the last two weeks into rest.
I believe "40" is a number that symbolizes transformation so those eight weeks in between preparation and rest is where the 40-day transformation will happen. I learned the significance of the number "40" from The Purpose-Driven Life by Rick Warren.
The Bible is clear that God considers 40 days a spiritually significant time period. Whenever God wanted to prepare someone for his purposes, he took 40 days:
• Noah's life was transformed by 40 days of rain.
• Moses was transformed by 40 days on Mount Sinai.
• The spies were transformed by 40 days in the Promised Land.
• David was transformed by Goliath's 40-day challenge.
• Elijah was transformed when God gave him 40 days of strength from a single meal.
• The entire city of Nineveh was transformed when God gave the people 40 days to change.
• Jesus was empowered by 40 days in the wilderness.
• The disciples were transformed by 40 days with Jesus after his resurrection.
The next 40 days will transform your life.
It not consecutive forty days though because I distributed them into eight sets of weekdays. In addition to the two weeks of rest, I also dedicated my weekdays as breathing days. This is how I will live my life starting today.
This is the first day of the first preparation week of the first periodization of the first 120-week era of my life.
This is my day one. I'm not waiting for "one day".
